Profiles:

J Profiles

The J profile is used to cap off the ends of the panel where the ceiling panels meet the wall or simply to cap off the cut section of the panel around corners. Comes in Aluminum with either a White, Black and a Silver surface finish.

H Profiles

The H profile is used to extend the panel beyond the standard length or to create a hidden joint in-stead of staggering the panels. the H profile comes in aluminum with three standard finishes, Black, White and Silver.

External Profile

The External Corner is used where the panels meet at a 270 angle. such as the external corners around walls and windows. it comes in aluminum with three standard colors, White, black and Silver.

Internal Profiles

The Internal Corner is used where the panels meet at a 90 angle. such as the internal corners around walls and the ceiling . it comes in aluminum with three standard colors, White, black and Silver.

Installation Steps

STEP 1

Before installation begins, make sure that surface is leveled and clean from any dust or debris and for wet areas like shower it is required to waterproof the primary surface.

STEP 2

Cutting the “Internal Corner Profile” to the right size then glue in the wall corner. Best method is Aluminum cutting blade on a track saw or guided circular saw.

STEP 3

Add a line of silicone inside of the trim and trimming the male edge of the first panel to ensure a tight fitting.

STEP 4

Cut and stick on double sided tape in a diagonal form about 50mm off the edges.

Apply glue in a blob and round shape sized min 20mm and irregular order with space of no more than 150mm apart.

Apply sealant silicon into the internal profile then insert the Dekko wet sheet male edge into the corner edging and carefully place the sheet in a levelled position on the wall surface.
