Installation guidelines
- To cut the panels use a steel blade on angle grinder or a drop/circular saw with an aluminum blade to get a nice clean cut.
- It is highly recommended to wear your safety gears such as goggles and earplugs when cutting the panels
- Always use P-16 glue with the mechanical fixings for a sound installation of the panels.
- Panels can be either fixed directly to the metal and timber frame or on an existing finished surface like plasterboard.
- Cut and install the end cap using glue and screw where the paneling starts and along the side of ceiling
- To fit the first panel firmly into the J profile (end cap) prepare it by trimming the male side (tongue) then apply the glue on the substrate wherever the panel touches at least within every 400-500mm apart. Begin the panel installation by Inserting either ends to the j profile then push the trimmed edge against the starting point using scraper to guide the panel. Apply the glue on the substrate then insert the second panel into the top trim in the same time interlock into the first panel securely.
- For the following panels you only cut the length to size and follow the same process and the last panel will fit together with J profile and fix only using glue.
- If the wall is %100 true, you may only require two or three screws 10-30cm off the top and bottom edge and one in the center to hold the panels in place. If fixing the panels directly to the framework, screws should be fixed on every framework with the combination of our recommended P16 glue. The maximum frame spacing on the ceiling and walls is 450mm apart.
- After completing the installation, simply wipe the dust to get the best look of the panels.
- Use an angle grinder with a steel blade or a drop saw with an aluminum cutting blade to cut the panels and achieve a smooth finish
- Always wear appropriate safety gear, including goggles and ear protection, when cutting the panels
- For secure installation, use P16 adhesive together with screws
- Panels can be fixed directly onto metal or timber framing, or onto an existing finished surface such as plasterboard
- Install the PVC end cap (J profile) with nails and adhesive at the starting point of the paneling and along the perimeter sides
- Before installing the first panel, trim the male edge (tongue) so it fits firmly into the J profile. Apply adhesive to the substrate, insert the panel into the J profile, and press the trimmed edge into position using a scraper if needed. Ensure the first panel is level and square, as all other panels will align with it
- For the remaining panels, cut them to the required length and follow the same process. The final panel should be fitted into the J profile and secured with adhesive only
- For a standard 2.7 m wall that is perfectly straight, a minimum of four fixings may be sufficient—placed 10–30 cm from the top and bottom edges, and two near the center—along with adequate adhesive for a secure hold. When installing directly onto steel or timber framing, fix screws or nails into every stud or batten, combined with P16 adhesive. The recommended spacing between studs or battens is 450–500 mm
Installation Guide
Profiles:
J Profile:
To start the installation J profile is cut into the size and fixed then start with the first panel. This profile can be used to cap up the panel for wall and
ceiling ends.
H Profile:
H profile is generally used when the length of the project is more than the standard length of the panels. H profile is used to extend the panel wherever required
Internal / External 90 degree Profile:
Our 90 degree profile can be used for either internal or external corners to the desired size. (as perphotographs)
